Where do Sainsbury’s flowers and gifts deliver?
We endeavour to deliver to most mainland UK addresses 7am – 7pm Monday to Saturday (except bank holiday) we regret we do not deliver on Sundays or to the Scottish highland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland.

How will my goods be delivered?
You can have your flowers and hampers delivered to your home or sent direct to the person they are intended for. Delivery for courier bouquets and hampers are a signature-required service. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Flowers by post are sent by first class post, delivery dates for postal flowers cannot be guaranteed.

How long will it take to arrive?
Courier delivered flowers will arrive on the date you select, we are unable to deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
If you are ordering for courier flowers to arrive the next day you must place your order by 3pm the previous day. Monday deliveries must be ordered by 3pm by phone or online on the previous Friday. Flowers by post will be delivered as close to the date you have selected as possible, however as they are delivered by first class post we are unable to guarantee delivery date. Hampers - we will endeavour to deliver on your selected date, however please be aware that we require 4 working days notice to delivery your order. We guarantee your delivery will be made before 20th December for orders placed before 14th December.

What happens if I am out at the time of delivery?
Hampers - If the recipient is not at home a delivery card will be left stating that the delivery company have attempted a delivery and that the parcel will be returned to the local depot. There is a telephone number provided on the card in order to arrange a convenient delivery time or to arrange to collection from the depot.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Contact the customer care team on 0845 300 0592 who will track the progress of your order.

Can I select any address?
You can select any address in the UK that we deliver to.

How do I cancel the order or change the delivery address?
Contact the customer care team on 0845 300 0592. If the order has not yet been processed they will be able to cancel the order or make the relevant changes. To change or cancel a fresh flower order, please give 48 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date, excluding weekends and bank holidays. In the case of Monday deliveries please give notice by 3pm the previous Thursday. For Hampers please allow four working days to cancel orders.

What is the delivery charge?
Flowers are delivered free of charge. Hampers are delivered at £6.50 per hamper.

How can I pay?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex and Delta.

Do I get Nectar Points?
Yes - providing you give us your Nectar number prior to confirming your order.
